Where is DISTEYLEN?
We're on Atekyem Adu-Boahene Street, Koforidua. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a map pin.
When are you open?
Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. We're closed on Sundays.
Are you open on public holidays?
Yes. On public holidays from Monday to Saturday we keep our normal hours, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
What do you sell?
Men's corporate shoes, ladies' and casual footwear, jeans and khaki trousers, Lacoste and T-shirts, men's suits, curtains, bedding, fabric, bags and perfumes.
Can you get an item you don't have in stock?
Yes. Send us a photo or description with your size and budget, and we'll source it from our suppliers in Accra or abroad. We'll tell you how long it will take before you order.
How does ordering by WhatsApp work?
Tell us what you want, and we'll send photos and the price. For items sourced to order we take a 50% deposit, send you a photo of the actual item when it arrives, and you pay the balance before delivery or collection.
How much deposit do you take?
For items sourced to order, we ask for a 50% deposit. You pay the balance once we've sent you a photo of the actual item, before delivery or collection.
How long do imported items take?
It depends on the item and the supplier. We'll tell you the expected time for your item before you order, and keep you updated until it arrives.
Do you deliver outside Koforidua?
Yes, anywhere in Ghana by intercity transport. The transport fare is paid by you, and we send the waybill once it leaves.
How can I pay?
Cash, mobile money or bank transfer.
Do you take corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. We supply teams, events and corporate gifts. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need, the quantity and your date, and we'll prepare a quote.
Do you gift-wrap?
Yes. Tell us when you order that it's a gift, and we'll wrap it for you.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged with your receipt. Items with a manufacturer's defect are replaced.
Are your products genuine?
We buy from trusted suppliers and show you real photos of the actual item before you pay the balance.
